I’ve been supporting women with their health and nutrition since 2006. Over the years, I’ve seen that when women’s metabolism, blood sugar, and gut health are balanced, energy improves, digestion feels easier, and hormonal changes—like those in midlife—become easier to manage.
I’m now refining my focus to women’s metabolic health, helping women feel strong, balanced, and in control of their wellbeing. Weight management may be a result of this, but my work focuses on the root causes that affect how your body feels and functions every day.”
