The Sandra Todd Method is a comprehensive 12 week programme structured around 3 core pillars and 9 key strategies for effective person-centred approach in weight management. It combines DNA testing; comprehensive blood test, analysing over 50 different blood markers including hormone and thyroid function; 1:2:1 sessions that are important to tailor specifically for you; complemented with bespoke recipes; menu plans; educational resources; supplement recommendations and much more.​ Plus you will receive ongoing support between sessions to ensure you stay motivated and achieve the results you deserve.

Blood tests and a DNA swab will need to be taken for this programme, a blood kit will be sent in the post. There will be a small additional charge for the blood draw (cost depending on location). The kit will then be posted back to the lab by Royal Mail using the packaging sent to you. You will also receive your DNA kit through the post where you can do the swab at home and post back to the lab using the packaging provided.
The total price includes 12 consultations; recipes and menu plans; DNA testing, blood test kit and on going email support.

Frequently Asked Questions
QUESTION: WHAT HAPPENS IF I GO ON HOLIDAY DURING THE 12 WEEK PROGRAMME?
Answer: That is no problem, as soon as you know when you will be away we can re-arrange your next appointment for when you get back, this will extend your 12-week programme.
QUESTION: CAN I PAY IN INSTALMENTS?
Answer: Yes you can, I offer two instalments- your first payment of 50% would be due before our initial 1:2:1 session and the final payment will be due on or before your 6th 1:2:1 session.
QUESTION: WHAT IF I AM TAKING HRT?
Answer: No problem, the exact HRT medication you are taking will be documented in the health intake questionnaire and your personalised programme will take this into consideration.
QUESTION: I CAN'T EXERCISE WILL THIS BE A PROBLEM?
Answer: Exercise is not an essential requirement to participate in this programme. With my knowledge and experience, you're in good hands as I guide you through personalised strategies designed to support weight loss. We'll focus on the foundational pillars of successful weight loss to help you achieve your goals effectively. I have had many clients who have been in the same boat, including one client who couldn't exercise due to a recent injury.
QUESTION: ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS TO THE PROGRAMME?
Answer: you may be recommended further testing or supplements which will be at an additional cost, but this is optional. If you choose to purchase any supplements then you will be offered a lifetime access to my practitioner discount with my preferred supplier.
QUESTION: HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO COMMIT?
Answer: The 1:2:1 weekly sessions are 30 minutes long. Outside of this time there may be resources for you to work through at your own pace, the resources are designed to support you making healthier sustainable habits. You will only have between 1-3 recommendations to implement based on our call so you don't find it too overwhelming.
QUESTION: WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE PROGRAMME HAS FINISHED?
Answer: You will have life time access to the online community group and there will be other options available depending on your goals, we can discuss your options at the end of your programme.
