The programme is designed about 3 core pillars: nutrition, emotional energy and lifestyle.

Firstly you will learn how to nourish your body through nutrition to support your hormones. I teach you how to optimise your gut health, balance out your blood sugar levels and to consume the right ratio of macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats) for you.

 

Secondly, learn how to manage your emotional energy with a positive mindset through various self-care strategies, reflection, and targeted supplement support tailored to you to maintain mental and emotional well-being.

 

Lastly, learn how to enhance your lifestyle by focusing on three key areas: sleep, stress management, and fitness. Discover personalised strategies tailored to your needs to improve your overall health and well-being to support weight loss. 

Plus you will be supported with weekly 1:1 coaching calls via zoom, combined with unlimited email support to keep you focused and motivated through every step of the way.

  • Weekly 30-minute follow-up consultations via zoom
