Date, Chia & Tahini Energy Balls

Ingredients
74 grams pitted dates
30 grams Tahini
24 grams Chia seeds
10 grams Unsweetened shredded coconut
Directions
In a blender or food processor, add the dates, tahini and chia seeds. Blend until smooth paste forms.
Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion in your hands to create a ball. Continue until you have used up all the paste.
Roll each ball in shredded coconut until evenly coated. Chill in the fridge for about 30-minutes and enjoy!
