Legs, Bums, and Tums classes can expect a variety of exercises such as squats, lunges, leg lifts, abdominal crunches, and other movements designed to improve muscle tone and endurance in the lower body and core. The goal is to provide a full-body workout with a particular emphasis on these three areas.
