Nutritional therapy is an evidenced-based, whole-body approach to nutrition and lifestyle medicine. A Nutritional therapy practitioner uses a wide range of tools to identify and assess individual health status and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to an individual’s symptoms and health concerns. It is recognised as a complementary medicine and is relevant for individuals with chronic conditions as well as those looking to enhance and support their health and well-being and is never recommended as a replacement for medical advice.

WE BRING HEALTH COACHING AND LIFE COACHING TOGETHER

They might bring in some coaching (to help you get out of your own way) to break through whatever barriers you have struggled with in the past so you can beat them once and for all. Nutritional therapy practitioners frequently work alongside a medical professional and will communicate with other healthcare professionals involved in the client’s care to explain any nutritional therapy programme that has been provided.
